Due to the fragile nature of our papers we do not accept returns unless it is the result of an error in shipment.
Please note that textures and colors vary by lot and sometimes by sheet. If you are intent on matching colors or concerned about the texture we suggest you order only one sheet as a sample.
Color and Lot Variations
We attempt to show our website papers as close to the actual colors you will receive.
Please keep in mind that a paper's color and texture may vary slightly from one lot to the next. Your monitor may also have an effect on the colors you see.
If you feel, however, that a paper was misrepresented on our website, you may return the paper for a full refund with approval.
