SECURITY POLICY

Hollander's website website employs the most up to date security available. If you are not comfortable shopping online, we will accept orders by fax at (734) 741-7580.   Although we discourage phone orders, we will accept them if this is is your preference for ordering.

Hollander’s attempts to be as accurate as possible in describing its products. However, we cannot warrant that product descriptions or other content of this web site are 100% error-free.

Product Colors

We have made every effort to accurately display the colors of our products on the web site. As the actual colors you see depend on your computer monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.  Also, please be aware that with some papers and other products, dye lots may vary, and therefore you may not receive the exact color or texture as you received in a previous order. 

Risk of Loss

All products purchased from the web site are transported and delivered to you by an independent carrier not affiliated with, or controlled by Hollander’s, such as UPS or the United States Postal Service.   However, if the carrier loses your order, we will reship your purchase and you will not be charged.  If your shipment does not arrive in a timely manner, please call us immediately so that we may promptly work to resolve the problem.
