Collected information is used solely to support activities on Hollander’s web site. Billing and shipping addresses and personal contact information are used to process orders for the products you have purchased. Email addresses are collected for communication about your order, shipping, and distribution of related emails such as workshops, special events, and/or sales. Hollander's website employs the most up to date web site security available. If you are not comfortable shopping online, we will accept orders by fax at (734) 741-7580. We discourage phone orders because accuracy is sometimes compromised. We will accept these orders however, with the understanding that will need to process your credit card through our store processor, and not an off-site processor.
Credit Card Safety
We do not collect, store, or have access to your credit card number at any time. Protecting the safety of your credit card information is extremely important to us. and we use an off-site credit card number authorization site. This company uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to protect the security of your personal information as it is transmitted to us. SSL is a highly sophisticated method of scrambling data as it travels from your computer to our web site's servers and is considered the gold standard in Internet encryption technology.

Hollander’s attempts to be as accurate as possible in describing its products. However, we cannot warrant that product descriptions or other content of this web site are100% error-free. Any product that falls short of your expectations in terms of what was described on the web site, may be returned for a full refund, less the cost of shipping.
Damaged or Lost Packages
All products purchased from Hollander's web site are transported and delivered to you by an independent carrier not affiliated with, or controlled by Hollander’s, such as UPS or the United States Postal Service. We will respond immediately to any damaged shipment and send a replacement. If the carrier loses your order, we will reship your purchase and you will not be charged. If your shipment does not arrive in a timely manner, please call us immediately so that we may promptly work to resolve the problem.
