Area Information
Hollander's store is located on the first floor of the Kerrytown Shops, an eclectic mix of over 20 specialty stores including a produce, fish, and meat market, wine store, and coffee shop. Upstairs, on the second floor are gift shops including a second-hand store with great finds, kitchen store, children's stores, and hair salon.
On Wednesdays and Saturdays, just outside the Kerrytown Shops is the Ann Arbor Farmers' Market, bustling with local farmers and artisans during peak season. Across the street from Hollander’s, on Fourth Ave, is the
Kerrytown Concert House, which showcases nationally recognized classical and jazz performers.
Within a short walk from Hollander's are many great places to eat for all tastes and budgets, including the world famous Zingerman’s Delicatessen. A large selection of restaurants, art galleries, cafes, and shops are just a few steps away within the Kerrytown District, as well as throughout Ann Arbor’s downtown and University of Michigan central campus areas.

Coming from the North (Flint Area)
Take US-23 South to M-14 West. Exit at Ann Arbor-Downtown (Exit 3). You will merge on to North Main Street heading south. Continue for approximately 1 mile to the second light- Kingsley Street. Turn left on to Kingsley Street, passing Fourth Avenue. The Kerrytown Shops will be on the right in the next block.
Coming from the South (Toledo Area)
Take US-23 North to M-14 West. Exit at Ann Arbor-Downtown (Exit 3). You will merge on to North Main Street heading south. Continue for approximately 1 mile to the second light- Kingsley St. Turn left on to Kingsley St., passing Fourth Avenue. The Kerrytown Shops will be on the right in the next block.
Coming from the West (Jackson Area)
Take I-94 East to US-23 North to M-14 West. Exit at Ann Arbor-Downtown (Exit 3). You will merge on to North Main Street heading south. Continue for approximately 1 mile to the second light- Kingsley Street. Turn left on Kingsley Street, passing Fourth Avenue. The Kerrytown Shops will be on the right in the next block.
Coming from the East (Detroit Area)
There are two routes you can follow. Take I-96 to M-14 West or take I-94 to US-23 North to M-14 West. Exit at Ann Arbor-Downtown (Exit 3). You will merge on to North Main Street heading south. Continue for approximately 1 mile to the second light- Kingsley Street. Turn left on Kingsley Street, passing Fourth Avenue. The Kerrytown Shops will be on the right in the next block.
Parking
The Kerrytown Shops parking lot is located right outside of Hollander’s. Parking is metered Monday through Saturday from 9:00 to 6:00. Parking is free on Sunday. There are two all-day parking structures located within two or three blocks of Hollander’s. (1) Ann-Ashley Lot, located on the corner of Ann Street and Ashley. (2) Washington Street Lot, located on the corner of Washington and Fourth Avenue.
Word of Caution! It can be difficult to find parking near the Kerrytown Shops on Saturdays. Also, throughout the week, if you want to avoid a parking ticket, remember to feed the meters.

There is a nearby Bally's, which is free for guests. The Briarwood Mall is located across the street and the hotel is on a bus route that will drop you off about two blocks from Hollander's.
