Registration for our cooking classes is available in-store or on our website.
Class Fees: $16 for one-hour classes; $25 for one-and-a-half-hour classes; $65 for two-hour hands-on classes. Fees include a reserved seat, recipes, taste samples, and a 10% off coupon, for use on Hollander’s merchandise for the day of and day after the class.
Class Limits: Our 1 hour and 1 1/2 hour classes are limited to 25 attendants. Our 2 hour hands-on classes are limited to 8. Because seating is limited and menus are prepared based on the number who sign up in advance, we encourage early registration.
Cancellation Policy: Once you register for a class, we do not issue refunds for cancellations or missed classes. You may arrange for a substitute if you cannot attend. If a class is cancelled on our part, you will receive a full refund.
Class Discount Available: Sign up for a block of five or more classes and receive 10% off all those classes. Only valid for if you sign up for all five or more classes at one time. Sorry, no cancellations. (See above.)
Food Sample Portions: Our instructors prepare food samples for the number of participants who have registered for the class. We ask that they prepare enough food for a 1 hour class so that each person is served a “light lunch.” For the 1 1/2 hour class we ask them to prepare a serving size that is considered a “medium lunch.” Our 2 hour hand-on classes will serve a “full lunch.”
Menu Substitutions: Occasionally, chefs may need to substitute items listed in the description of the classes.
